Our two children were with Sherry for more than a year and a half, starting when my son was 4 and my daughter was 1. They LOVED going to her house, literally would run to the door, never a single tear in the morning. Sherry is so kind and gentle with the children - but also so understanding with nervous moms like me. She always made me feel comfortable about leaving the children, and never minded if I checked in during the day. Sherry also helped make our transition into kindergarten easier, as she did before and after care with my son and continued all day care with my daughter. It was ideal - the only reason the kids are no longer in her care is because I decided to leave my job and stay home full time. She was genuinely a second mom to my kids - I cried on our last day. If I returned to work, the first person I would go to for childcare would be her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and am happy to talk to anyone who would like to ask more questions (Sherry has my number for references).
